Number (RA#) from our customer service department. Please refer to our Return
Policy

30 Day Return Policy:
We operate a 30-Day risk-free return/exchange policy. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase you can return the item/s. Any returned item/s must
be received by us within 30 Days of your initial invoice/receipt date.
Custom Work, Special Orders, Personalized or Engraved items cannot be returned,
unless there is an error on our part.
In order for us to process your return accurately and efficiently, we ask that you include with your merchandise your
sales receipt. Be sure to include all gem reports, appraisals and other paperwork sent to
you with the item. All items returned must be in the same condition that they
were shipped, undamaged and unused, in it's original box and outer box.
Call our customer service department at 864-297-3719, hit 0 for Operator, and
ask for a return authorization number (RA#). Clearly print the number on the outside of the package. We are unable
to process
returns without the return authorization number. Do not mark on the package any
such words as diamond, jewelry, or other words that would entice theft.
Ship the items via FedEx or UPS and retain your copy
of the receipt,
copy of your postal
documents, make sure you insure the package (for the amount of the sale) and receive a tracking number to
confirm your shipment. Also, email us the tracking number of the package to info@skatell.us.

How To Prepare Your Returned Shipment:
To return a diamond or jewelry item to Skatell's Jewelers, follow our three step
process:
- Your Return Authorization Number.
Call 864-297-3719, ext 0 and you will be given a Return Authorization #.
Write this number on the return sticker. Affix the sticker to the outside of
the box you are
returning.
- Package Your Return. Include all original
packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a
diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be
liable for the $200 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not
write Skatell's Jewelers anywhere on the outside of the box, just Skatell's and
the return address.
- Insure Your Package.

You can ship it via any carrier (FedEx, UPS). Be sure to ship your item fully
insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your
shipment has reached its destination.*
You must follow these instructions exactly, failure to do so will prevent the
processing of your return.
Once we receive your
returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be
processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will
be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items
showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered,
re-sized (by a jeweler other than Skatell's Jewelers), or damaged in any way
cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Skatell's Return Authorization
number (RA#),
and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused
receipt.
